skilled Property Manager to undertake a variety of day-to-day tasks. You will be an integral part of ensuring that our guesthouse operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.

An excellent property manager is, above all, an organized and dependable, adaptable, professional with high-stress tolerance & phenomenal communication skills. You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out duties with accuracy and speed.

  • Follow operations workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Greet and assist guests when they arrive at the business
  • Make sure the property is ready for the guest or owner.
  • Oversee cleaners and make sure they are performing as expected
  • Check all outdoor areas that surround the property
  • Establish cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
  • Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job-be a team player
